Service Description

Working those stubborn areas around your legs, thighs, glutes and stomach. Combining aerobic exercise with strength and conditioning whilst increasing your strength and burning those calories. LBT will be a number of rounds aiming at different parts of the lower body with our experienced trainers showing you various exercises and techniques to help increase strength and stamina through time under tension.
